It prepares WooCommerce product data such as product titles, short descriptions, full descriptions, tags, attributes, image alt text, shipping specs, SEO metadata, category suggestions, pricing fields, stock fields, and missing information notes when available from Clugins Managed AI.

Requirements

Before using AI Product Studio, make sure your WordPress site is ready for WooCommerce product creation.

• WordPress installed and working.
• WooCommerce installed and active.
• Administrator access to the WordPress dashboard.
• An active connection to Clugins Managed AI through Clugins Gateway.
• Selected images must come from the WordPress media library for image-based workflows.

WooCommerce is required because AI Product Studio creates standard WooCommerce products inside your WordPress admin.

Setup: install AI Product Studio and connect Clugins

AI Product Studio is installed like a normal WordPress plugin. After activation, connect your site to Clugins Managed AI from the plugin Settings screen.

Install from WordPress.org

1. Go to your WordPress dashboard.
2. Open Plugins → Add New.
3. Search for AI Product Studio for WooCommerce.
4. Click Install Now.
5. Click Activate.
6. Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active.
7. Open AI Product Studio → Settings.
8. Connect with Clugins or paste a Clugins Access Key manually.

Clugins connection and Access Key

AI Product Studio uses Clugins Gateway to connect your WordPress site to Clugins Managed AI. The connection is started by an admin from the Settings screen.

Recommended connection flow

1. Open AI Product Studio → Settings.
2. Click Connect with Clugins.
3. Review the secure connection page on Clugins.com.
4. Confirm the connection.
5. Return to your WordPress site.
6. Confirm the Settings screen shows Clugins Managed AI as connected.

Manual Access Key setup

If needed, you can paste a Clugins Access Key manually from your Clugins account. This key is stored locally in WordPress and used server-side for product generation requests.

Product creation workflows

AI Product Studio includes several workflows so you can start from text, an image, a mix of text and image, multiple images, or multiple text-based product ideas.

Text to Product

Text to Product is the simplest workflow. Use it when you have written product information and want AI Product Studio to prepare a WooCommerce product for review.

1. Open AI Product Studio → Create Product.
2. Select Text to Product.
3. Enter useful product details.
4. Select product kind and category if needed.
5. Add price, sale price, SKU, and stock quantity when available.
6. Generate the product.
7. Review the WooCommerce draft before publishing.

Image to Product is useful when your product photo is the main starting point. Select one main image from the WordPress media library and let Clugins Managed AI prepare a product for review.

Advanced Product

Advanced Product combines written product details with one selected image. Use it when you want Clugins Managed AI to consider both your notes and the product photo.

Use Advanced Product when you want to provide:

• A main product image for visual context.
• Written product notes and important facts.
• Category, product kind, price, SKU, and stock details.
• More control over what the generated product should include.

Bulk Image to Product

Bulk Image to Product processes selected images one by one. Each selected image can create one WooCommerce product. This is useful when you have multiple product photos and want a faster starting point for catalog creation.

• Each selected image is processed separately.
• One image creates one product.
• The workflow continues after a per-image failure when possible.
• You should review every generated product before publishing.

Batch Create

Batch Create is for creating multiple text-based products in one guided workflow. It processes one item at a time and supports up to 10 products per batch.

1. Open AI Product Studio → Batch Create.
2. Choose how many products you want to prepare.
3. Add product details for each item.
4. Review the batch inputs.
5. Generate the products.
6. Open each WooCommerce draft and review it carefully.

Review before publishing

AI Product Studio creates WooCommerce products as drafts. This gives you time to review and improve the generated content before anything goes live.

Better input usually creates a better product starting point. Give AI Product Studio clear product details whenever possible.

• Include product type, material, color, size, and intended use when known.
• Add benefits and practical features instead of vague phrases.
• Choose the correct WooCommerce category before generation.

Security, privacy, and external services

AI Product Studio connects to Clugins.com for product generation. The plugin only contacts Clugins when an admin connects the plugin, manages the Clugins connection, or starts product generation.

What may be sent during connection

• Site URL.
• Callback URL.
• Connection state.
• Connection token or challenge data needed to complete setup.
• Plugin slug and plugin version.

What may be sent during generation

• Clugins Access Key.
• Site URL, plugin slug, and plugin version.
• Generation operation type.
• Product notes and product details entered by the admin.
• Product kind, category label, price, sale price, stock quantity, SKU, and other entered fields when present.
• Generation preferences such as description length, tags, attributes, image alt text, shipping specs, and SEO metadata preferences.
• For image-based workflows, selected media library image contents encoded for transmission, image MIME type, filename, width and height when available, and a generation request ID.

What is not sent

• External AI service credentials.
• Arbitrary local files or arbitrary local file paths.
• Remote image URLs.
• User-submitted base64 image data.
• Optional selected images from Text to Product or Batch Create.

Troubleshooting

Clugins connection does not complete

• Make sure you are logged in as a WordPress administrator.
• Return to AI Product Studio → Settings and try Connect with Clugins again.
• Confirm your site can make outgoing HTTPS requests.
• Check that security plugins are not blocking admin-post or REST callback requests.
• Try manual Access Key setup if the one-click connection cannot complete.

Generation limit message appears

• Review your Clugins Managed AI plan status.
• Wait for the monthly allowance reset if applicable.
• Upgrade or adjust your plan from Clugins if you need more generation capacity.

The product content is too generic

• Add more product details before generation.
• Include material, color, size, use case, and target customer when known.
• Use a better main product image for image-based workflows.
• Select the most relevant WooCommerce category.
• Review and edit the generated product before publishing.

The selected image cannot be used

• Use an image from the WordPress media library.
• Use a supported image type such as JPEG, PNG, or WebP.
• Make sure the selected image file exists on the server.

The product was not created

• Confirm WooCommerce is installed and active.
